How it works.
Add your PDF
Drop a PDF onto the page or choose it from your device. Its pages appear as previews, drawn on your device.
Choose the turn and the pages
Pick 90° right, 180° or 90° left. Rotate every page, or choose Selected pages and tap the ones that need turning; the preview shows the result.
Rotate and download
Select Rotate. The new PDF is saved to your device with the same pages, now the right way up.
Options, explained.
- Turn
- 90° right turns pages clockwise, 90° left turns them anticlockwise and 180° turns them upside down. A page that was already rotated turns from where it is.
- Pages
- All pages turns the whole document. Selected pages turns only the pages you tap or type, such as 2, 5-7. Odd and Even select every other page, handy for double-sided scans.
- Lossless
- Rotation changes how each page is shown, not what is on it, so text, images, links and bookmarks stay exactly as they were.

Rotate PDF runs entirely in your browser. Your files are read into this tab’s memory, processed by code running on your device and saved straight back to it. Nothing is uploaded, so there’s no queue to wait in and nothing to delete afterwards.
Like the rest of AADDYY, this page counts visits with analytics. The tool area is hidden from session recordings, and usage events record only counts and sizes, never file names or contents.

Is Rotate PDF free?
Yes. There’s no sign-up, no daily limit and no watermark.
Is my PDF uploaded?
No. The pages are turned in your browser and the new file is saved straight to your device. No file data is sent to AADDYY or anyone else.
Can I rotate just one page?
Yes. Choose Selected pages and tap that page in the preview, or type its number. Only the pages you choose are turned.
Does rotating reduce the quality?
No. Rotating changes only the page’s orientation setting; the text, images and drawings on it aren’t touched, so nothing is re-compressed.
Is the rotation saved permanently?
Yes. The new PDF opens the right way up in every PDF viewer, on any device, and stays that way when you share or print it.
How do I fix a scan where every other page is upside down?
Choose Selected pages, then Even (or Odd) to select every other page, pick 180° and select Rotate.
Can I rotate a password-protected PDF?
Yes, if you know the password. Enter it when asked; it’s used only in your browser, and the rotated PDF is saved without a password.
