1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Aaddyy ("Service", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Aaddyy is operated by Aaddyy, located at 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, Wyoming, 82801, United States. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our AI tools marketplace platform and all related services, APIs, and applications.

2. Description of Service

Aaddyy provides an AI tools marketplace platform that offers access to 100+ artificial intelligence tools including but not limited to:

• AI Image Generation tools
• AI Video Generation tools
• AI Content Creation tools (articles, essays, titles)
• AI SEO Analysis tools
• AI Code Assistance tools
• AI Data Analysis tools
• Other AI-powered services and APIs

The Service operates on a pay-per-use pricing model, where users purchase credits and pay for the specific AI tools and services they utilize.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and API keys. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Payment and Billing

4.1 Credits System

Aaddyy operates on a prepaid credits system. Users purchase credits which are then used to access AI tools and services. Credit prices and tool costs are displayed transparently on the platform and may be updated from time to time.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept payments through Stripe, including major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club) and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through our payment processor.

4.3 Refund Policy

Credits purchased are generally non-refundable. However, in cases of technical errors, service failures, or other exceptional circumstances at our discretion, we may issue refunds or credit adjustments. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.

4.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Changes to pricing will be communicated to users in advance through email or platform notifications. Existing credits in your account will not be affected by price changes.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to use the Service:

• To generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• To create deepfakes or misleading media without proper disclosure
• To infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
• To generate spam, phishing content, or malicious code
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• To reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our services
• To use the Service to develop competing products or services
• To exceed rate limits or attempt to overwhelm our systems
• To share or resell your account access or API keys
• To generate content that violates any applicable laws or regulations

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Platform Ownership

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Aaddyy and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you create using our AI tools. However, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your inputs and outputs as necessary to provide the Service and improve our AI models, subject to our Privacy Policy.

6.3 Third-Party AI Models

Our Service utilizes various third-party AI models (including but not limited to OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude). Your use of these models through our platform is subject to their respective terms of service and usage policies.

7. API Usage Terms

If you use our API services:

• You must authenticate all API requests using valid API keys
• You must respect rate limits as documented in our API documentation
• You are responsible for all API usage associated with your account
• You must implement appropriate security measures to protect your API keys
• You must include proper attribution when required by specific AI models
• You may not use the API to build a competing marketplace or service

8. Data Privacy and Security

We take data privacy seriously. Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our services and train our AI models.

9. Service Availability and Modifications

9.1 Service Uptime

While we strive to provide reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

9.2 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or quality of AI-generated content
• Warranties that the Service will meet your requirements or expectations
• Warranties that AI-generated content will be error-free or suitable for commercial use

You acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain errors, biases, or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before use.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AADDYY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aaddyy, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any rights of another party, or (d) any content you generate using our Service.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Wyoming, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for violations of intellectual property rights.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last revised.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aaddyy regarding the use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
