heic-to 1.6.6

This folder serves the HEIC/HEIF decoder that AADDYY loads, only when a browser
cannot open HEIC photos itself, on the Resize Image and Convert Image pages.

heic-to.js is an unmodified copy of dist/csp/heic-to.js from the npm package
heic-to 1.6.6 (https://github.com/hoppergee/heic-to). It contains libheif 1.23.6 and libde265 1.0.16,
compiled to plain JavaScript with Emscripten (the CSP build: no WebAssembly, no eval).
heic-to, libheif and libde265 are free software under the
GNU Lesser General Public License, version 3 (see LICENSE.txt, which refers to the
GNU General Public License, version 3, in GPL-3.0.txt).

AADDYY does not modify this file. The page loads it as a separate script, so it can
be replaced with any compatible build of the library. It runs in the visitor's
browser and sends nothing anywhere.
